Please allow up to 7 days for order processing, although most orders will be processed in 2-3 days.

Returns & Exchanges 

*DUE TO COVID NO RETURNS ARE CURRENTLY BEING ACCEPTED. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL 1414llc@gmail.com. Please allow up to 7 days for response as this is a small business. 

All returns & exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivered date. You must specify reason for return & we reserve the right to deny your claim, if it is unreasonable. The customer will pay the shipping fee to return the item & will not be refunded until the item is received. 

• Note that most clothing pieces are custom made & unique 1 of 1 pieces & will not be exchanged for an exact replica, meaning the new piece may be slightly different.

Customers who return multiple orders without reason will be banned from returns.
